Systemic and somatic self-development group for women
Starting over is not a simple decision, but a maturational process—one that involves gradually rewiring the somatic, cognitive, behavioral, and relational patterns that once served us, but now constrain us. This kind of transformation rarely happens on its own. More often, we are led by the tensions held in our bodies and the unconscious cognitive schemas that silently shape our lives. In our relationships, we find ourselves repeating the same automatic reactions—toward others, our environment, and even ourselves.
Real and lasting change begins when we learn to recognize these patterns, regulate and transform them, and integrate new responses into our everyday life. This is what we call conscious transformation—a skill that can be learned and cultivated over time.
The Re-Starters Women’s Circles support you in systematically restoring and strengthening the essential capacities and inner resources without which conscious change is not possible.
Scientific background:
• What does it mean to start over?
• Why is starting over so challenging?
Why Do We Need Women’s Circles Today?
In today’s world, women often live under the weight of multiple roles—as caregivers, professionals, partners, mothers, leaders, and the architects of their own lives. The pressure of social expectations, invisible labor, and emotional overload can gradually disconnect them from their inner compass—leading to exhaustion, fragmentation, or stagnation.
Restarting requires a safe, relational space where the body and the nervous system can relearn what it means to feel safe, supported, and whole. Where old patterns don’t have to be denied, but new and healthier responses can emerge—not only in thoughts, but somatically and relationally. And most importantly: this process strengthens a woman’s authentic sense of identity. It allows us to reclaim the freedom to be who we truly are, and to live from the core of our feminine power. To say no—with clarity and groundedness—to what is not ours, and yes—to what strengthens us viscerally, and calls forth our most integrated, embodied selves.
A powerful reflection on the current state of women’s lives:
How do we work within the circle?
The trauma-informed, integrative process is grounded in a complex methodology that draws from multiple modalities:
-
Somatic practices
Awareness and reintegration of body sensations, movement patterns, and emotional imprints—supporting the nervous system’s capacity to receive and embody new patterns. -
Relational learning
The group functions as a safe, living “relational laboratory,” where participants can explore and practice more flexible patterns of connection through dyadic and small group exercises. -
Creative and expressive methods
Movement, art-based, and verbal expression practices that help activate deeper emotional processing and symbolic integration. -
Somatically grounded cognitive worksheets
Structured self-reflection tools that start from bodily experience and support the reorganization of cognitive patterns and the formation of new personal narratives. -
Behavioral activation
Translating insights into small, concrete, and intentional actions—layering habits and building commitment so that transformation becomes embodied in daily life.
Arc of the process:
Observation → Awareness → Regulation → Resource-building → Behavioral Activation → Integration
Key themes we explore throughout the group process
Somatic sharing circles are the foundation of each session—but to be able to act differently in support of change, we must also feel and perceive differently.
This is where the thematic theoretical materials and structured practices come in. They are layered throughout the process to support integrative transformation:
-
Developing body-focused presence
-
Identifying and naming bodily sensations
-
Recognizing and re-learning orientation habits
-
Grounding and stabilizing the inner axis
-
Breathing as a regulatory resource
-
Understanding arousal curves and nervous system states
-
Expanding the window of tolerance with awareness
-
Cultivating neuroception and a sense of safety
-
Deepening access to positive experiences
-
Perceiving and maintaining boundaries
-
Recognizing and fine-tuning boundary styles
-
Becoming conscious of proximity-seeking behaviors
-
Embodying empowering actions
-
Exploring the relationship between beliefs and the body
-
Training attentional direction and shifting focus
-
Integrating play and positive emotions
-
Bringing awareness to posture and walking patterns
Who can benefit from participating?
The Re-Starters Women’s Circles are for you if:
-
You’ve lost your inner compass at some stage in life (e.g. after a crisis, loss, separation, or career transition), and you long for new, authentic connections.
-
It’s difficult to sustain the momentum of change on your own, and you’d benefit from relational witnesses—people who walk beside you and create a sense of safety as you move forward.
-
You want to expand your range of possibilities not just mentally, but through the body—by building new nervous system patterns through embodied learning and consistent practice.
-
You’re open to relational learning and value the subtle yet profound impact of reflection, co-regulation, and mutual support in a safe group space.
The Re-Starters Circles are offered in two formats:
1. Online Re-Starters Circle – Preparing for Your Re-Start
A 6-session, low-intensity self-development process with bi-weekly small group meetings in a safe online space.
It offers you the opportunity to gradually explore a relationally focused, body-oriented methodology from the comfort of your home, while beginning to build the skills and inner resources necessary for your re-start.
This online format is a gentle yet effective preparation for those who wish to continue in a deeper, more intensive in-person circle later on.
2. In-Person Intensive Re-Starters Circle – A Yearlong Journey of Re-Starting
A 13-session, yearlong self-development process with one full-day meeting per month in Budapest.
This immersive format offers profound and lasting relational-somatic integration. Through individual, pair, and group exercises, creative and somatic resourcing, body-oriented cognitive tasks, and behavior activation, we accompany you through your full re-start journey.
Held within a supportive community, the process gradually and deeply transforms your inner compass and relational patterns to enable meaningful and lasting change.
Before you decide, take a moment to reflect and observe within yourself:
-
In which area of your life do you currently feel “stuck”?
-
What does your body signal when you think about taking the first step?
-
What inner sentence shows up in that moment — is it supportive or limiting?
-
When do you find yourself slipping out of your optimal zone, and what helps you return?
-
What resources do you currently have access to?
-
What is the smallest realistic behavioral step you could take within the next week?
-
In what ways would an online space offer you more — and in what ways would an in-person, full-day process support you better?
-
Which of your boundaries would you like to explore or practice in the circle?
-
How will you know that you’re in the right place?
If your answers suggest that the time has come to take the first step:
1. Choose the group format that suits you best (online or in-person).
2. Sign up via the registration form.
3. Take your first step toward a conscious re-beginning.

Feedback of Re-Starters
“The most important thing I’m taking with me is the courage to speak openly about my feelings.
I’ve learned so much from the shared stories, struggles, and honest communication of others. The words of understanding I received reminded me that I’m never alone.
Lili, I’m especially grateful to you for shaking me out of my old hamster wheel — you revealed so much to me.
I’ve learned to see myself and my relationships more clearly.
This is a true new beginning for me.
It feels good to stay on course.
I’ll try.”
A több, rövidebb feladat nekem szélesebb rálátást ad a működésemre. A munkafüzet praktikus, segít struktúrálni.
A folyamat során leginkább a hétköznapjaimon érzékeltem a változást, ami fokozatosan épült, alkalomról alkalomra. Az öröm és a vidámság kezdte el uralni a napjaimat. Korábban folyamatosan aggódtam és a teljesítménykényszer hajtott. Mikor jelentkeztem a csoportba, akkor voltam túl a váláson. A végére pedig kialakult a mindenféle szempontból új párkapcsolatom. Melegség van és szeretet.
Mindenképp ajánlani tudom a csoportot, mert csak nyerni lehet vele.
Köszönöm."
