About
Lili Gulbert is a somatic and systemic counselor, workplace mental health expert, and developer of the Systemic Activation method, an integrative practice combining systems thinking, somatic learning, and behavioural activation across personal and collective domains. Lili works with individuals, helping professionals, creative leaders and design communities seeking sustainable, grounded transformation rooted in somatic autonomy and creative intelligence. Her strength lies in moving individuals and communities beyond states of impasse, enabling them to re-start and renew themselves and the system of their life. She regularly publishes psychoeducational essays promoting well-being, facilitates body-oriented group processes, including The Re-Starters Circles for Women navigating life transitions.
